Shy Cat Finally Opens Up When He Meets Cute Rescued Kitten!

Jazmin Felder just seemed to know what to do when she heard some meowing coming from a tree in her yard last year.

“I was raised to always take care of what life brought to me,” Felder stated. “And every time a cat crossed my doorstep, I gave them a home of their own and all of my love.”

The fearful stray, who was later named Buddy, was extremely happy someone finally came to his aid. Jazmin welcomed him into her family of four felines. “He was at the very top and he was so happy to see someone he came running down to me,” Felder went on to say. “We brought him inside and he was so happy to be there.”

However, a brand new problem surfaced. Buddy didn’t seem to want to get along with other cats. He would simply withdraw himself to his own corner, completely separating himself from the rest. Things didn’t change at all until six months after Buddy arrived, a 5-week-old gray kitten named Hannah was taken in by Felder.

Unlike Buddy, who is a shy loner, Hannah was very warm and completely outgoing. “She’s extremely playful, and loves to cuddle up with you and sleep,” Felder stated. “She will run around with our dogs like she’s one too.” And somehow, the two got along exceptionally well. Maybe it’s just like the two pole of the magnet; opposites attracts.

“When we first brought Hannah home, Buddy instantly came to see her,” Felder commented. “He has always been reserved and shy, but from the first moment of meeting her his entire personality changed.”

“They don’t just show affection while grooming one another, they hug and comfort each other,” Felder stated. “When friends and family visit they all tease how they want a love like Buddy and Hannah.”

Undoubtedly, Hannah is truly the best thing that has ever happened in Buddy’s life. The kitty made him put away his need to be some kind of a lone wolf. Her warmth touched him and Buddy may finally open up to others. Felder couldn’t be anymore pleased than she is to see her furbabies so fond of each other: “Seeing the bond they have formed together and seeing how Hannah brings out his happiness melts my heart.”
